Physical Planning
IPDSSB can guide clients through Malaysia planning legislation and provide a service which cover the whole process from the initial inceptions of ideas through to the discharge of planning conditions in readiness for development to commence. IPDSSB will manage the application process, providing supporting planning reports and co-ordinating technical evidence, up to and through to the conclusion of the application process. Services include:
• preparing state structure plans, District Local Plan and Action Area plan ;
• producing conceptual and detailed development and Master plans;
• undertaking site assessments and feasibility studies;
• developing design, siting and planning guidelines;
• contributing to environmental impact assessment& social Impact assessment; and
• presenting expert testimony in planning appeals.
