IPDSSB provides Appeals, Public Inquiries and Expert Witness services; If a refusal is received, or a client is pursuing an application with adverse conditions, IPDSSB is able to advise clients on the prospects for a successful appeal or to support clients. IPDSSB also is able to support clients by providing expert witnesses in other types of hearings and tribunals. IPDSSB has a range of expert witnesses experienced in the very different role of giving evidence at tribunals, planning inquiries, hearings and local plan examinations.
